The mounting end faces of the crankshaft thrust plates of the upper and lower cylinder blocks (towards the flywheel) are worn by the crankshaft; a pair of crankshaft thrust plates fall into the oil pan.
When moving the engagement teeth to mesh with the main shaft gear, the matching teeth must be parallel. If the engagement teeth have taper or have been worn, they will tend to separate during rotation, which will cause out of gear under certain conditions.
It is verified that the piston ring replaced by this engine is Euro II piston ring produced by Fujian Nanping piston ring factory, which does not belong to the installed products of Weichai, heavy truck and Hangfa.
